Online payments & refunds

If your order is taken by us directly and the takeaway is unable to fulfil the order you must as a customer contact the takeaway by phone 01689897770 no later than two hours, explaining the situation, this is generally the quickest and easiest solution. If your order was placed in third party platform like Justeat, Ubereat or Deliveroo, you need to contact them as soon as possible.

If however you find no resolution with direct contact then please email quoting the name and address of the takeaway, the day the order was placed, the amount taken, the order reference number displayed on the order email which was sent by the takeaway, a contact name and contact telephone number. We will then investigate the situation by checking the kitchen CCTV and drivers footage and if in agreement will refund the order amount back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the complaint.


Due to the nature of the business, returns will only be accepted if a customer can prove products were unfit for consumption, if this is the case the product must be returned with a minimum of 60% of the product intact and within container supplied. A refund will then be given back to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product at the discretion of the takeaway.
